Incoming, in-process and outgoing controls are combined with applicable electrical, mechanical and environmental verification. Every conclusion belongs to the tested model, sample condition, method and acceptance criteria.

Process controls

Quality evidence follows the product through each stage

Not every test applies to every design. The applicable controls are selected from the structure, materials, electrical task, environment and reliability target.

Incoming materials

Critical contact materials, springs, magnets, molded parts, wire and supporting components are checked against the agreed requirements.

In-process controls

Key dimensions, assembly position, polarity, soldering, magnetization, appearance and process consistency are monitored at defined points.

Outgoing verification

Applicable functional, electrical, mechanical and visual checks are completed against the released product documents.

Reliability confirmation

Life, environmental or mechanical tests are conducted only under the agreed sample condition, method, duration and acceptance criteria.

Inspection records

Records and reports are associated with the inspected model, lot, sample or project rather than generalized across unrelated products.

Engineering changes

Changes to dimensions, materials, plating, cable construction or test conditions require review against the approved project basis.

Are all products covered by the IATF 16949 certificate shown?

No. The certificate is held by Dongguan Yongtan New Energy Co., Ltd. and applies only to the holder and scope stated on the original certificate: manufacturing of charging connector contacts.

How are acceptance criteria decided?

Acceptance criteria are defined in the project-approved drawing, specification, test method and sample condition. Website descriptions do not replace those documents.

Can verification be adapted to the application?

Yes. The verification plan is selected according to the product structure, electrical task, environment, expected life and customer requirements.
