What is the difference between a magnetic charging cable and a magnetic data cable?
A magnetic charging cable is designed primarily for power delivery. A magnetic data cable also carries defined data or signal paths, so pin assignment, conductor construction, shielding and system verification require additional review.
Which magnetic cable parameters can be customized?

How should the magnetic-head shape be selected?
The shape should be selected together with the available device space, industrial design, alignment direction, pin layout, sealing concept, assembly method and the way the user connects and releases the product.
How should the pin count be selected?
Pins are assigned to power, ground, data, signal, detection or anti-misconnection tasks. The final count must also fit the magnetic-head space, contact layout and required creepage or clearance.
Can a magnetic cable support high current?
It can be evaluated for the project, but the answer depends on the contacts, pin allocation, wire gauge, contact resistance, temperature rise, mating condition and heat dissipation. Appearance alone cannot establish a safe current rating.
Is stronger magnetic force always better?

Can a magnetic connector or cable be waterproof?

What is the difference between a pogo pin and a pogo pin connector?
A pogo pin is an individual spring-loaded contact. A pogo pin connector combines multiple contacts with a defined pitch, housing, array and mounting structure for integration into the device.
