Charging Dock Connection Solutions for Robotics and Industrial Equipment

Robots, AGVs, industrial handheld terminals and inspection equipment usually charge on a dock. The connection has to tolerate approach angle, repeated landing and a dusty or oily environment.

We design self-aligning magnetic or spring-loaded docking contacts with a defined compression window, hardened plating for long service life, and housing features that guide the device into position, plus optional in-place detection so the system knows when charging has started.
