Common causes are: 1. pin map mismatch or reversed polarity; 2. insufficient contact compression (weakened magnet, housing tolerance, deformed contact); 3. contamination or oxidation on the contact surface; 4. voltage drop under load, where cable or contact resistance is too high and the device detects undervoltage and stops charging; 5. missing identification or in-place signal so the device does not recognise the accessory.
We suggest checking in this order: pin map and polarity, contact compression and cleanliness, voltage drop under load, then identification signals.
