Can You Customize with Only a Sample and No Drawing?

Yes. Send us the sample and we measure the dimensions, contact layout, pitch, plating and spring force, then reverse-engineer a drawing for your confirmation. If the sample has special features such as magnetic polarity, anti-misinsertion or a waterproof ring, we confirm them with you during measurement.

We can also improve on the sample: thicker plating, more stable spring force or lower cost. Once the drawing is confirmed, we build samples for your testing.
