Four basic inputs: 1. current and signal requirements (charging current, whether data is carried); 2. pin map, meaning the function of each contact; 3. interface form (soldered to PCB, to FPC, or overmolded into a cable, and what the opposite connector is); 4. cable length and outlet direction.
If you can share the device structure drawing or installation dimensions, the match will be much better. The difficulty of a magnetic connection is usually not the connector itself but the fit with the housing: magnet space, attraction direction and anti-misinsertion position all need to be evaluated with the enclosure. With complete information we return a solution within 48 hours, including a structural sketch, contact definition and quotation.
