How Does a Magnetic Connector Factory Keep Quality Stable? From Precision Contacts to Delivery

Stable quality in magnetic connectors comes from controlling the parts that decide contact behaviour: plunger and barrel machining, spring force consistency, plating thickness and housing tolerances.

At Yongtan the process starts with precision turning, followed by plating with controlled thickness, then automated assembly and 100 percent inspection of contact resistance and appearance. Pilot runs validate the process before mass production is released.

Every batch is traceable to its process parameters, and reliability tests such as mating life, salt spray and temperature humidity cycling are available for validation before tooling.
