A custom magnetic cable is defined by five inputs: working current, pin definition, the interface on both ends, cable length and outlet direction, plus the housing constraints where the magnetic head sits.
Current decides the conductor cross-section and contact area; pin definition decides whether data lines, identification resistors or thermistors are included; the end interfaces decide whether you need USB-A, Type-C, a PCB tail or an FPC; length and outlet direction affect both voltage drop and strain relief.
With these inputs we return a structural sketch, pin map and quotation within 48 hours, and we validate the whole loop on samples rather than only the connector.
