Scale manufacturing that carries projects from sample to volume. Yongtan operates more than 300 production and inspection equipment sets with a monthly capacity above 30 million pieces, covering precision contact parts, connector assemblies and related products. This base lets us connect engineering sampling, pilot validation and mass production for projects at any stage. Around connector manufacturing we link precision machining, plastic structure, cable processing, assembly and final inspection. The contact structure of spring pins, positioning of insulators, magnet pairing and cable outlet and fixing are all managed under one development and production system, reducing interface gaps between parts. Customers can purchase standalone spring contacts and connectors, or develop the device-side interface, mating assembly and cable together with us, which unifies drawings, assembly relations and inspection requirements.
R&D driven: turning device requirements into manufacturable connection solutions. Our experienced engineering team includes members with more than ten years of development experience, and we hold a growing portfolio of patents on spring contacts and connectors. Custom design starts from the whole device: we translate installation space, working current, contact function, pick-and-place method and operating environment into drawing requirements, coordinating tip shape, barrel structure, spring force, working stroke, contact material and surface finish, while designing the insulating housing, fixing method, positioning structure and mating relation. For magnetic projects we combine magnetic retention, reverse-polarity prevention, contact compression, device support and cable strain in one design; for multi-contact interfaces we plan power, return and signal layout together.

Pogo Pin connectors: multiple elastic contacts combined with insulating structures in single-row, dual-row and special layouts, with pin count, pitch, fixing form and mating method defined by device space, serving board-end, module, charging dock and detachable assemblies.
Magnetic connectors: elastic contacts combined with magnetic alignment in round, bar and special shapes, customizable in contact layout, attraction direction, release action, installation space and anti-misinsertion structure for convenient and compact dedicated interfaces.
Magnetic charging cables: a complete charging accessory made of magnetic head, wire, input connector and device-side mating part, customizable in length, color, outlet direction, connector type and appearance, developed together with the device interface as one power loop.
Magnetic data cables: for projects involving power, data or control signals at the same time, we design contact definition, cable construction and shielding together to keep charging and data transmission stable.
